Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of lostark-raid-bot, a Discord bot for Lost Ark roster, raid, and weekly progress tracking.
By using the bot, inviting it to a Discord server, or interacting with its commands, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the bot does
lostark-raid-bot helps Discord users track Lost Ark characters, weekly raid progress, roster information, reminders, and related planning data.
The bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Amazon Games, Smilegate RPG, Lost Ark, or Discord.
2. Eligibility
You may use the bot only if you are allowed to use Discord and if your use of Lost Ark and this bot is permitted under applicable laws, platform rules, and service terms. You must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Policies, and any server rules that apply to you.
3. User data and accuracy
The bot stores information you provide through commands, such as character names, roster entries, raid progress, preferences, and Discord identifiers needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The bot may display incorrect or outdated information if you enter incorrect data, if Lost Ark content changes, or if Discord/API behavior changes.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the bot to:
- violate Discord’s rules or any applicable law;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;
- exploit bugs, overload the service, scrape data, or interfere with normal operation;
- attempt to access another user’s data without permission;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.
We may restrict, suspend, or remove access if we believe the bot is being misused.
5. Server administrators
If you invite the bot to a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to do so. Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their server.
Removing the bot from a server may stop server-specific functionality, but some user-specific data may remain until deleted under the Privacy Policy.
6. Free and paid features
The bot may offer free and paid features. Free limits may include restrictions such as the number of characters or roster entries that can be tracked.
Paid features, if offered, may be provided through Discord Premium Apps or another payment method where permitted. If Discord requires paid bot features to be purchasable through Discord Premium Apps, we will follow that requirement.
Paid access may be based on Discord entitlements or other purchase records. If a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, charged back, or cannot be verified, paid features may be disabled.
If your plan changes, extra roster entries may be locked or hidden from active use, but we will not intentionally delete your stored character data solely because you downgrade.
7. Refunds
Purchases made through Discord are subject to Discord’s payment, refund, and billing rules. Purchases made through any other approved payment provider are subject to that provider’s rules and any refund policy shown at purchase.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the bot at any time. We may change features, limits, commands, or pricing.
We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent availability.
9. No warranties
The bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the bot will always be accurate, available, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, game-related losses, missed raids, missed rewards, or other losses related to your use of the bot.
11. Intellectual property
The bot, its code, branding, text, and original content belong to CEP or its licensors.
Lost Ark and related game names, images, and marks belong to their respective owners. Discord and related marks belong to Discord Inc.
12. Termination
You may stop using the bot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the bot, create risk for the service, or if continued operation becomes impractical.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at:

Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
